how can therapeutic expressive art help you:

whether you paint, collage, draw, or try another modality, expressive art offers a direct path to authenticity and healing. as someone who’s walked this road myself, I will be supporting you through each mile marker-no matter where you are now, you don’t have to journey alone.

*my art form is usually painting, however feel free to use whichever medium you like to create with during our time together.

I am here to guide you to find new ways to face your fears. you will emerge out of a mindset that has held you back for far too long. by expressing yourself freely you’ll find ways to process, understand, release and find focus to plan intentionally for the life you want. it has been profoundly life changing for me.
