for personal growth
we will explore where you can release, heal, grow and expand. together we will find ways that allow for you to better understand your wellbeing, stress and/or trauma and to engage in new coping to provide adequate pause and reflection. during each session we will build on how you are gaining perspective and improving communication to fully express yourself and show up as your authentic self.

seeking inspiration for a new routine?
looking to transition to a more elevated version of yourself?
wanting guidance with navigating a clearer vision of your wants and needs?
looking for an additional support system outside of the clinical approach to your mental health?
needing a space to process life/stress/traumas to become more self-aware in a safe space?
if YES, we will:
identify wants and needs
set therapeutic goals
explore ways to express thoughts, emotions & feelings through a variety of mediums
learn to find ways to be aware of how you process, understand and focus yourself to set up intentional plans
by:
a structured (with directives) or unstructured approach (client leads)
using mediums of your choosing (i.e. paint, write, sketch, photograph, collage, design)
exploring a variety of modalities (i.e. journaling, collaging, create word art)
finding ways to make connections to thoughts and artwork in a metaphoric way
*my art form is usually painting, however feel free to use whichever modality you like to create with during our time together.
