set intentional goals: define what "growth" and "authenticity" look like for vou.
experiment & express: choose any medium-painting, collage, sketching, journaling, photography-and surface what needs to be seen.
reflect & integrate: translate your art's metaphors into insights and action steps.
strengthen self-awareness: learn to pause, tune in, and communicate your wants and needs.
