I am terrified to admit that at various times I have been so hard on myself for all the times I have reinvented myself in my career path. I’d fully emerge myself into learning whatever it took for me to excel at my role…until I was either bored, let go or found something new to try out. some elevated me, others made me feel embarrassed that I wasn’t good enough for better. Self doubt has the worst timing and I’ve been a victim to it for as long as I can remember. I can admit that this is a ridiculous mindset.

I am open to learn new things, whether it’s on the job training or researching on my own so that I can show up in my job without the “credentials”. however, it’s an unequal balancing act between seeing this as driven vs not enough. my ADHD brain has me thinking at times that my scattered thoughts are the cause to why I will give up and lose interest after the new wore off. but, when I zoom out and look at it more holistically, each part was only so big because I was moving on to collect the next pie pieces for where I am now.

recently, on several separate occasions, a shift has begun for me towards readjusting my mindset, and in turn has help to quiet that self-doubt. It is because of all these various experiences that I am now able to incorporate my education, my job experiences AND my passions together. It is finally allowing me to cultivate a very unique approach to the services that I offer.

you may be familiar with my “life’s resume” in a previous blog post: let’s talk: life coach vs therapist. all of these experiences are what have shaped me into helping you to blend your own passions via the creative process we explore in a therapeutic and safe space. we will create the “how to plan” in our time together.

moving past self doubt to blend multiple passions into one

moving your self doubt to expansiveness

for example I will guide you to:

  • find and/or release blocks that may be holding you back

  • reconnect to listening to your intuition

  • explore interests & talents by incorporating them into the creative process

  • set up your brand/rebrand if you’re seeking mentorship for your business

  • move past the hesitation and align yourself on your path

  • find your accountability partner(s) and offer to be one

  • continue to dream up your goals, i.e. envision yourself working in that space, being free from the hesitation, offering yourself grace for the times it isn’t as smooth as you wanted it to be, feel the joy of success

blend: mixing with another to combine them together

I look forward to mixing all our talents together to help elevate you on your journey with less self-doubt and more celebration of your uniqueness. Let’s schedule a free 30-minute consult to talk about how we can do this.
